Remedial Work
Once you have had an EICR carried out, you may have some remedial work that needs to be completed to make your home safe again. These can range from the following:
Earth Bonds – 10mm earth cable to your water stop tap and gas or oil supplies
Earth Rods – Your home may not be earthed from your electric provider, we can install earth rod for your home to be earthed

Once we know what your home needs we come up with a plan on how to make your home meet current regulations we will guide you through the process, and if theirs and need for damage our in house plasterers can repair when we are on the job.
